modern stay, a technological treat!

rooftop bar amazing staff clean facility

the location offered immediate access to broadway. staff members grace and ben provided amazing support. i loved the cleanliness of the entire facility and especially enjoyed the views from the rooftop bar. i was thrilled!

the room size presented a slight challenge for managing luggage, requiring careful organization.

small room impractical faucet

I found the room compact. It felt more like a capsule than a proper hotel room. maneuvering around with luggage was challenging. the sink, oddly positioned within the room itself, was impractical. i found the single-lever faucet difficult to adjust. water temperature variations were frequent.

great location easy check-in safe experience impersonal service limited staff digital controls

The location was PRIME. I could walk to many major attractions easily. The self check-in and check-out process worked very well for ME. I also felt safe due to the key requirement for elevator access..

I found the self-service model somewhat impersonal. There never seemed to be ENOUGH staff around. I also did not enjoy controlling everything in the room with an iPad. I prefer physical switches for lights..
